Southwest follows manufacturers standards to give you the best result. We also provide preventative maintenance reports at no extra cost.
Off-Site Services
Infusion pumps and modules can ship to our shop for preventative maintenance and repairs. We provide you with a 7-day turn around time for this service. This service will also include the preventative maintenance reports at no extra cost.
Repairs
Southwest Calibration & Medical is able to repair all BD Alaris infusion pumps along with the different modules attachments. We are able to preform repairs on-site or they can be sent to our facility.
